第七天：祈求得到明達之恩

 天主聖神，祢願意照亮謙虛、梗直與純樸的靈魂，拒絕驕傲及受情慾

所支配的靈魂。我不配祢照亮我，因為我是如此的驕傲，如此活在情慾

中。我犯了許多的罪，受造物的支配，毫無限制的慾望累積在我靈魂上

，形成了厚厚的烏雲以致祢的光茫渗不透。

 啊，我請求祢，因耶穌基督的功勞，並藉祢親愛淨配，聖母瑪利亞有

力的轉禱，驅散這些烏雲，寬恕我所有的罪，清除我內心對世俗享樂的

渴望。雖然我是如此不配，但請祢以天上的光芒照亮我的靈魂，以便我

能發現隱藏的真理之美，以及天上的奧秘。

 聖母瑪利亞，真理之神的親愛淨配，請為我求得寶貴的明達之恩。

明達之恩      Understanding

 聖神藉這神恩讓我們分辨好和壞， 避免犯罪。聖神讓我們了解， 且

體驗到造物的脆弱的同時， 也看到它的偉大， 因為它來自天主。天主

如何愛着這世界、保護着這世界。明達之恩常伴隨着哭泣之恩， 滋養真

正的同情與悲憫心。

 天主聖神，光明與愛情之神，我朝拜並感謝祢的一切恩賜，尤其是賜我

明達之恩來認識祢、愛祢。因着明達之恩，我看到事物只不過是引導我們

到天主的方法，讓我利用它來帶領我到天主。如果事物使我迷失了方向，

我將捨棄它。因此我將超然地對待貧與富、貴與賤、健康與疾病、長壽

或短命。在一切事上，我只愛慕與尋求天主的旨意。

The Gift of Counsel:

The gift of Counsel endows the soul with supernatural prudence, enabling it to judge promptly and rightly what must done, especially in difficult circumstances. Counsel applies the principles furnished by Knowledge and Understanding tothe innumerable concrete cases that confront us in the course of our daily duty as parents, teachers, public servants, and Christian

citizens. Counsel is supernatural common sense, a priceless treasure in the

quest of salvation. "Above all these things, pray to the Most High, that He may

direct thy way in truth."

Prayer:

Come, O Spirit of Counsel, help and guide me in all my ways, that I may always do Your holy will. Incline my heart to that which is good; turn it away from all that is evil, and direct me by the straight path of Your commandments to that

goal of eternal life for which I long.
